返金について
アプリ内課金の返金については、開発者側では直接処理できません。ご購入いただいたストアの返金手続きをご利用ください。
- App Store でご購入の場合: reportaproblem.apple.com から手続きが可能です。
- Google Play でご購入の場合: Google Play ヘルプの返金に関するご案内をご確認ください。
不具合のご報告について
不具合をご報告いただく際は、スムーズな調査のため、可能な範囲で以下の情報を添えていただけますと幸いです。
- ご利用の端末機種・OSバージョン(例: iPhone 15 / iOS 18.1、Pixel 8 / Android 15 等)
- 症状が発生した操作手順(再現手順)
- 可能であればスクリーンショット
