本利用規約(以下「本規約」)は、アプリ「いろモン」(以下「本アプリ」)のご利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード・利用された時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。

1. サービス内容

本アプリは、カメラで現実の色を採集し、混ぜ合わせて「いろモン」を生み出し、コレクションする体験を提供するエンターテインメントアプリです。

2. 利用資格

本アプリは幅広い年齢層(13歳〜)を対象としています。13歳未満の方がご利用になる場合は、保護者の方の同意のもとでご利用ください。

3. アプリ内課金

本アプリは、アプリ内でのゲーム内アイテム(消費型)の購入を提供する場合があります。購入は各ストア(App Store / Google Play)の決済システムを通じて行われます。
購入したアイテムは消費型(一度使うと無くなる種類)であり、購入後の返金は原則として各ストアの返金ポリシー・手続きに従います。返金についてのお問い合わせはお問い合わせページをご確認ください。
広告視聴によって得られる報酬は、広告の読み込み・再生状況により変動することがあります。

4. 禁止事項

本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を禁止します。

本アプリの逆コンパイル・改変・不正な解析
本アプリの不正利用(データの改ざん、リソースの不正取得等)
法令または公序良俗に反する行為

5. 免責事項

本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。開発者は、本アプリの利用によって生じたいかなる損害についても、法令上許容される範囲で責任を負わないものとします。また、予告なく本アプリの内容変更・提供中断・終了を行うことがあります。

6. 知的財産権

本アプリ内で使用している伝統色の色名データは、Wikipedia「日本の伝統色」(CC BY-SA 3.0)を出典としています。詳細はアプリ内の「このアプリについて」画面のクレジット表記をご確認ください。

7. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されるものとします。

8. 本規約の変更

本規約の内容は、予告なく変更することがあります。変更後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of "いろモン" (Iromon / Color Monster, the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

The App is an entertainment app in which you capture real-world colors with your camera, mix them to create "Iromon" creatures, and collect them.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for a broad age range (13+). If you are under 13, please use the App only with a parent or guardian's consent.

3. In-App Purchases

The App may offer consumable in-app items for purchase, processed through the App Store / Google Play payment systems.
Purchased items are consumable (used up once redeemed). Refunds are generally handled according to each store's own refund policy and process. For refund questions, see the Contact page.
Rewards earned by watching ads may vary depending on ad availability and playback completion.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Decompiling, modifying, or unauthorized reverse engineering of the App
Unauthorized use of the App (data tampering, illegitimate resource acquisition, etc.)
Any conduct that violates applicable law or public order and morals

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the App, and may change, suspend, or discontinue the App without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Traditional Japanese color name data used in the App is sourced from Wikipedia's "Traditional colors of Japan" (CC BY-SA 3.0). See the credits in the App's "About" screen for details.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated without prior notice. Updates take effect once posted on this page.
